Turn Times

Turn times have been significantly decreased in modern times due to the Internet and the services now available online.  We are internet capable and are equipped to email appraisals in PDF format.  Signed hardcopies may be sent via USPS to those who request such. 

Mark Evans & Associates understands that “time is of the essence” for many clients.  Our firm strives to meet all reasonable turn times requested.

Occasionally we may perform an appraisal on unique or atypical properties that may require additional time for research and development.  This will only insure the client will receive a quality appraisal.
