Mark Evans & Associates is a real estate appraisal firm newly established in 2006. Though the company is new, we have over 7 years experience in the real estate industry. We have gained expertise in this industry through real estate sales, auctions, as well as the appraisal field.
Mark Evans & Associates is based in Lawrenceburg, TN, located in Southern-Middle Tennessee approximately 75 miles southwest of Nashville, TN. Our location enables us to serve all the Middle Tennessee area with ease. Please see the Areas section of our website for a listing of the counties we typically serve.
Mark Evans & Associates specializes in both residential and non-residential appraisal projects. Our certification of Certified General enables us to appraisal all types of property of any value. We provide a professional and quality appraisal service at the highest standards possible.
