Mark Evans & Associates currently services all of the Tennessee area.  Our core service area is Middle Tennessee; however we will perform appraisals outside at a particular client’s request.

Non-Residential Appraisal Fees

Our Fees for appraisals vary according to the complexity of the assignment and the Scope of Work needed to perform a credible appraisal.  We will perform non-residential projects in most counties in Tennessee.  Please contact us for an accurate quote.

We will also perform non-residential appraisals in North Alabama.  This will require a Temporary Alabama License at the expense of the client. 

Residential Appraisal Fees

Our residential appraisal fees are competitive with other appraisers.  Factors that may affect the fees charged include location, unique or atypical size of site and/or dwelling, and type of appraisal to be performed.
